Refund policy

Please notice that every PLAN THE BUYS item has had a life before you and us. Some items may contain minor flaws and show signs of wear. The items that have been in need of extra love have been professionally mended and cleaned. However any major flaws and mending will be highlighted in the product description. If you have a question about an item we are more than happy to assist you. 

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request & send your return. To start a return, you can contact us at info@planthebuys.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include the order confirmation you received inside the package.

Refunds

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with the instructions. Once we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund you the original amount minus the possible initial shipping cost you paid. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of us accepting your return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that our team is able to evaluate the issue and make it right.
